Urban Art Projects (UAP) designs and fabricates site-specific art and design outcomes for the public realm. UAP is currently seeking a pragmatic and details-focused estimator to join our driven team in Northgate, Brisbane.
Working closely with the sales, design and production teams, you will be responsible for providing accurate cost guidance and final pricing during the design phase of the project life cycle. Your imagination, married with your technical experience and a strong drive to solve problems, will help convert creative ideas into buildable and viable outcomes.
Your primary focus will be on estimating during design phase, with a secondary focus on purchasing and cost reporting during production.
You have two questions to answer with each project:
1. How can we build this?
2. How can we make this cost effective?
