Further exploring the uses of his trademark material, artist Sebastian di Mauro created sculptural elements cloaked in astroturf for a temporary exhibit in Brisbane. He spiritedly titled the pieces, 'Turf Sweet.' Elements range in size from 1100 x 570 x 1000mm to 1350 x 600 x 1100xmm and are covered by a plush turf pile over steel forms. They are remarkably durable and are the beloved objects of many landscape architects.
