TECHNICAL DETAILS
Batch galvanising involves processing the steel after fabrication The items processed are immersed in the molten zinc for several minutes, all surfaces and edges are coated
The resulting alloy coating provides exceptional abrasion resistance, the alloy layer is twice as hard as mild steel
INGAL HDG coatings meet all requirements of Australian (AS/NZS 4680:1999) and International (ISO 1461:1999) Standards for steel items galvanised after fabrication

MAINTENANCE
Coating should be kept clean to ensure the continued integrity of the coating, any damage to the coating should be made good.

CLEANING
Soiled galvanised steel surfaces can be cleaned with sodium soap and water (but not detergents or solvents) using non-abrasive scrubbing (soil includes dirt, food and any other waste)

WARRANTY
10 year standard guarantee
Dependant on project specifics INGAL coating guarantees can be supplied for periods up to 25 years
