PRODUCT SUMMARY
Sikkens Cetol Deck (078) Natural (honey colour) is a translucent satin wood finish based on an oil alkyd resin combination and high quality ultraviolet absorbing pigments that provide excellent protection for exterior wooden products

APPLICATION
By brush (a good quality, long haired natural bristle type is recommended) Do not use rollers or applicators. Do not apply when rain or heavy dew is expected. Avoid applying in direct sunlight or under wet conditions
5oC - 35oC, at temperatures below 10oC the drying process will be delayed
No thinning required, ready for use after stirring. Thinning reduces UV protection
Touch dry after 3-4 hours, allow minimum drying time of 24 hours between coats; ensure each coat thoroughly dry before re-application

MAINTENANCE
To preserve the finish maintenance at regular intervals is required as a coating will deteriorate more rapidly on horizontal surfaces, depending on the amount of exposure to sunlight, abrasion and standing water
Every 12 months , or if the finish shows signs of wear, apply a fresh coat of Cetol Deck. Prior to coating thoroughly clean and wash the timber with mild detergent and water and rinse well. If necessary lightly sand using 180 grit paper, ensure thorough drying prior to recoat

CLEANING
To remove excessive dirt or staining of deck clean all surfaces with a solution of oxalic acid (100 grams) mixed with warm water (1 litre) alternatively use a proprietary brand wood cleaner. Scrub timber with this solution and rinse well with water. Allow to dry 3 days before coating
