Daniel Tobin graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Visual Arts and went on to study theatre and film design at the prestigious National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in Sydney. After university, Daniel worked as a theatre designer for the Sydney Theatre Company and Opera Australia. In 1993 Daniel returned to Brisbane to co-found Urban Art Projects. Daniel is largely responsible for all of UAP’s marketing effort, in Australia and worldwide. He supervises the activity of UAP’s Los Angeles office while continuing to serve as lead creative on many jobs including King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, Skyline and Resurgent. Outside of UAP, Daniel gives several public talks/lectures on the role art plays within the public realm. DANIEL TOBIN |
