UAP Title

Jerko Starcevic completed a Bachelor of in Fine Art at Queensland College of Art in 1995. Prior to joining UAP in 1997, Jerko worked as a model maker for the highly respected firm Peter Sands Architectural Models. As Senior Pattern Maker at UAP, Jerko works in close consultation with Australia's leading artists to realise projects ranging from architectural commissions to gallery exhibitions. Jerko has a working knowledge of all foundry processes in addition to specializing in pattern design; his keen eye and attention to detail is invaluable when consulting with clients/artists. Importantly, his own art practice informs his work with UAP and assists in establishing excellent working relationships with the numerous artists and designers with whom he collaborates including: William Robinson, Judy Watson, Brook Andrew, Fiona Foley and Joe Furlonger. Key projects Jerko has realised include Krista Berga's monumental bronzes for Republic, a high-end residential development in East Sydney; Mast, a civic project for Honeysuckle Development Corporation, and Walama Forecourt for Sydney International Airport.
